Shipping & Payment

We ship our products worldwide. All shipping costs include applicable VAT where required.

Shipping within Germany:
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of €5.90 per order.
Orders over €100.00 qualify for free shipping.
All orders are shipped as insured DHL parcels. Delivery to DHL Packstations and DHL Parcel Shops is available.

Shipping within the European Union:
Standard shipping to EU countries is charged at a flat rate of €8.90.
We also offer faster UPS Premium Shipping for international customers upon request.
Orders over €100.00 qualify for free standard shipping within the EU.

EU countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Shipping outside the European Union:
Standard shipping to countries outside the EU is charged at a flat rate of €12.90.
We also offer faster UPS Premium Shipping for international customers upon request.
Orders over €100.00 qualify for free standard shipping outside the EU.

Important note for orders shipped to the USA:
Due to current customs and shipping requirements, orders to the United States are currently shipped exclusively with UPS.

Delivery Times

Every item is handmade to order in our own workshop in Germany with great care and attention to detail.

Please refer to the individual product page for the estimated production and delivery time. The delivery period begins on the day after payment has been initiated and ends once the stated delivery time has elapsed. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the delivery location, the next working day shall apply.

The maximum delivery time is 14 working days within Germany and up to 21 working days for international orders.
